Class for combination of dihedral angle data

This class’ child classes are used to combine the information from multiple dihedral angles by overriding the _calculate and _save_pq private methods. It checks that the calculations of the desired dihedral angles for the current trajectory number (xtc) are available, or else raises an error, and saves the data with the child class’ _save_pq specific private method.
